4 Great Face Packs from Wheat Flour for Glowing Skin

Wheat flour is very good for the skin, especially the skin of the face which needs the greatest pampering. Shedding and regenerating new skin cells are natural procedures which occur on a daily basis. However, this regeneration process slows down with age and this is where the face packs are required. Four tablespoons of wheat flour
and a cup of water

Mix the wheat flour with water to make a thin paste. Apply it uniformly on the skin, slowly rubbing it in a circular manner and leave it to dry for about 20 minutes. Wash it off and start massaging the skin slowly while using a scrub.

This face pack should be tried at least once a week in order to achieve the desired result.

2. Face pack for skin whitening

The color of the skin is mostly determined to be a pigment called melanin. At times there occurs overproduction of melanin and this causes dark spots to form on the skin. In order to whiten this dark spots, take three tablespoons of milk cream and mix them thoroughly with two tablespoons of wheat flour in a bowl.
Wash the skin to be whitened and pat it dries with a towel. Apply the face pack uniformly.

3.Face pack for the nourishment of the skin

In order to nourish the skin, take four tablespoons of wheat flour, two tablespoons of honey, egg white, glycerin and two tablespoons of rose water.
Mix them thoroughly to make a thick paste and apply it on the skin. Let it stay for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. This face pack keeps the skin healthy.

4.Face pack for oily skin

In order to remove or absorb excess oil from the skin, prepare the following face pack. Take four tablespoons of whole wheat flour, three tablespoons of milk, two tablespoons of raw honey and two tablespoons of rose water. Boil the milk in a pan, add rose water followed by raw honey. Remove the pan from the cooker
and blend in the wheat flour. Keep stirring until a thick paste is formed. Let it cool down and apply it evenly on the skin. Wash it with water.
